MECHANICAL TUBES, Round bars, DRILLED round bars, DEEP DRILLING.

The flagship of the company are the 3 deep drilling plants and 5 turning plants.

Hollow round bars are produced when there are no hot-rolled tubes available from tube mills, when the quantity does not justify industrial production or when the customer requires special qualities such as C40/45/60, 38NiCrMo3, 38NCD4, AISI 304.

The dimensions that can be obtained for the finished product vary widely, so that any type of requirement can be met.

As far as deep drilling is concerned, we start from an external diameter of 60 to 1000 mm.

In addition to drilled round bars, we also offer our customers seamless and welded tubes, rolled, turned, forged and turned round bars from continuous casting.

We are specialized in deep drilling.

Thanks to the use of drilling machines, combined with continuous belt cutters for cutting to length and lathes for roughing, we are able to produce DRILLED ROUND BARS of specific dimensions and quality to meet customer requirements.

ERIDIAN Srl, a company wholly owned by the Olivini family and also located in the municipality of Flero, is a leader in the PRODUCTION of DRILLED ROUND BARS and a distributor of MECHANICAL PIPES for mechanical applications and rolled, forged and continuous casting rounds.

We started almost half a century ago within the Olivini group as a company specialising in the trade of tubes and steel products.

We soon realised that the various ranges of standard products available on the market made by the main European tube mills were not sufficient to meet the needs of most customers, both in terms of size and quality.

The only solution was to equip ourselves with all the necessary technology to directly produce tubes and hollow round bars with customised dimensions and technical characteristics.

Shortly after the implementation of a department equipped with drilling machines and lathes, the production of DRILLED ROUND BARS became our strong point, allowing us to respond with the right solution to any request.

With a state-of-the-art deep drilling centre and a vast warehouse of products ready for delivery, today Eridian is recognised in Italy and Europe as a strategic partner of reference for the steel industry.

The core of Eridian is the modern production centre, where we carry out deep drilling from round bars of all types of steel, carbon and alloy.

An indispensable service in at least 3 cases:

- Lack of standard tubes with specific dimensional characteristics.
- Supply of minimum quantities, which are not sufficient to make production on an industrial scale sustainable.
- Need for special qualities, such as C40/45/60, 38NiCrMo3, 38NCD4, AISI 304.

Depending on your production requirements, we can offer you advice and support your company's R&D department in the design of custom-made hollow round bars for any type of application, taking care directly of the production of the parts.
